Strange Radio Transmission #2

My recorder caught this while I was sleeping. I have no idea what it means but everyone did such a good job of figuring out the last one. Please post your thoughts. We have to find out what this is about and who is behind these events.

The first part sounds like a PSA for a swine flu vaccine? The code is gunna be difficult for me to work on right now, but I am sure someone is going to get it worked. If not I’ll be all over it soon.

yeah, the commercial that grokken sent, its like the 90% of the video, but what is what says at the begining and at the end of the recording?
at the end it seems to be spelling something I cant figure it out but I will try to

the spelled part its something like this:
“..e.q.a.e.y.a.m.k.n.v.k.v.e.m.m.e.m[or]l.a.n.d[or]v.m.v.
m.l.v.n.l.v.k.v.y.e.s.a..”
*correct this if its wrong or it has mistakes
**im not sure if the V’s are right, they may be B’s
***the [or] are for the letters wich im not pretty sure of, as english is not my natal languaje xD so pacience
if its a code I’ll try to decode it, maybe its caesar box or something like that I’ll post it if I decode something.
