July 18th, 2009 Posted in Strange Happenings, Video by Abby Papanai

If you know what it means please leave a comment here ok?
Update II
H(e)x has deciphered the message as follows “Let’s see how clever you are, dear one. Can you stop the inevitable? Will you play my game?
Update
I’m taking the password protection of this video so more people can hear the radio transmission. My initial thoughts were that this was a somewhat personal issue but I am more certain than ever that the person who sent this message knows something about Z1. Please share your thoughts.

I’m not sure if you’re familiar with them, but there’s a type of shortwave radio transmission known as “Numbers Stations”. Commonly used by international spy agencies to communicate orders to their operatives. They are encoded usually with numbers and can only be decoded with a “One Time Pad”, a small decoder pad that tells you what the numbers mean. If they sent this to you, there must also a one time pad in the shipment somewhere. Find it.

I’m fairly sure this is a cipher broadcast to you made to sound like a Number Station (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Number_station). I’ve DM’d you my translation on Twitter — I can explain how I got there here if you’d like, but perhaps that should be saved for secure channels? Do you have an e-mail I could send that to? Feel free to e-mail me — I think you can access it via my profile.
The important thing is for you to take care, and make sure you have people with you at all times. Someone quite powerful (powerful enough to interfere with the shipment — and your computer) has become focussed on you, and seems to be baiting and challenging you. That can be a very dangerous situation. Hopefully in the messages they send they’ll slip up at some point and we’ll be able to catch them before anything terrible happens — in the mean time, keep in touch, and see what security can do for you.
Good luck with the primate studies as well.

Also, you should know that, for gmail at least, the autosend for a password for registering for this site goes straight to the spam folder. Took me a while to work it out! Don’t know if there’s anything you can do about it, but you might want to let people know.
